RMA (Return Merchandize Authorization) POLICY

You need get a RMA number first before shipping defective product back to Inpcworld.com. We can not accept return without an RMA number.
To request a RMA number, please write down the order number, item, code, serial number, and a short description of the reason for your return, and email these to us. We will issue the RMA number to you soon.
The serial number of the item returned must match the serial number listed on the original sales invoice. If these numbers do not match, Inpcworld.com is not responsible for replacing or refunding these items. The items with serial numbers that do not match will be shipped back to the customer at the customer's expense.
When returning a product for RMA, the RMA number must appear clearly on the shipping label or it will not be accepted by RMA Department.
The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping items back to Inpcworld and is responsible for any loss or damage done to the product during shipping. All claims for shipping loss or damage must be presented to the shipping carrier immediately.
Dead on Arrival (DOA) products must be processed for RMA within 7 working days of the invoice date. All defective items will be replaced or repaired within the Terms and Limits of the Manufacturer's Warranty. Inpcworld.com is not liable if the manufacturer is not in business or the product is irreplaceable.
All return merchandise must be received by us before a replacement can be sent out. No Cross Shipment Available for any reason. RMA's items will be shipped back to customers via UPS ground service. Any other method of shipping required by the customer will be additional cost to customer.
All returned merchandise must be in its original packaging box with all of its accessories.
Inpcworld.com will not be responsible for any phsical damage or modified product. System must be "As shipped configuration".
RMA numbers are valid for 10 days after being issued. After 10 days, customer must contact us to reconfirm the RMA.
