Payment With Check You can place your order online, First, select "Prepay w/check" as the payment method and get an order number and order confirmation for the total amount of your order. Then, get a cashier's check or money order from you bank for the exact amount and mail the check with a copy of the order sheet to us. We'll ship out your products as soon as we receive your order and payment. We need 7 or more business days if you send by Personal or Company check ( wait for check to be clear ), Your order will be cancelled if we do not receive your payment in 10 business days. Purchase Orders: For Government and school Buyers Only ! We accept purchase orders from the government and schools only. You can place the order online like you would normally, and our online order system will give you the total amount of your purchase; you can use these figure to fill the purchase orders, and then mail or fax a formal P.O. with a cover letter on a government or school letterhead to 317-388-1057. The purchase order must have the following information: Purchase Order Number, Billing and Shipping address, Contact Person, phone and Fax number, and Billing Terms requested. The purchase order must be signed by an authorized representative. Credit card: We currently accept Visa, Master and American Express Card issued by USA financial institutions.( Discover card available soon ) All credit card orders are subject to verification and approval by the bank that issued the card and credit card network system. We will reject orders if the verification fails. For your protection against credit card fraud, please provide your correct billing address and shipping address. If the shipping address is different from the credit card billing address, to avoid delay to process your order, please notify your bank that issued the card of the shipping address. We require additional verification for your protection. Please provide us with your phone number and e-mail adrress in case we need to confirm your order and request additional identification. We cannot accept email for the cancellation of an order. If we have already charged your credit card before you informed us to cancel your order, you will be charged with the credit card processing fee of 3%. If your order has been shipped, your order cannot be canceled. REFUND POLICY All return items must be returned within 7 days of the invoice date. There is a 15% restocking charge after the 7-day period. No items can be return after 30 days. The returned items must be with the original invoice, its original box and all of its software and accessories.
